Three Drops from a Cauldron: Issue 28

Well, here we are: the last issue of Three Drops from a Cauldron of 2019, and in fact our last issue until 2021, because your editor is taking time out for big personal and family reasons (nothing bad, just busy, with a lot of changes coming up).

In this issue we have Persephone, witches, a house spirit with a strong dislike of cigarettes, a battle between oak and holly, a wild party in the land of fae… and of course, all things winter, more than a little death and the promise of renewal.

Since I won’t see you before – have a wonderful winter holiday season, and a brilliant 2020. We will be back in the new year with a couple of new poetry books, but the journal will catch you when we reopen for submissions in spring/summer 2021 (and with a reduced publication schedule).

In the meantime – happy reading!

This issue features writing and art by Janet Dean, Christine Valters Paintner, Jennifer Hernandez, Jessica Drake-Thomas, Chuka Susan Chesney, Edward Alport, Susan Jordan, Paul Nixon, Rickey Rivers Jr, Ellen Huang, Cheryl Pearson, Ceinwen E Cariad Haydon, Peter Clive, Ronnie Sirmans, Benjamin Davis, Ed Ahern, Juliette Sebock, Laura Stringfellow, Clifton Redmond, Annika Sood, Helen Cox, Nicole Rain Sellers, Erna Grcic, Monica Kagan, Sarra Culleno, Aaliyah Cassim, Adele Evershed, Charlotte McCormac, KT Workman, Chris Collins, Susie Gharib, Edwin Stockdale, Irene Cunningham, Henneh Kyereh Kwaku, Fabrice Poussin, Matthew Twigg, Jonathan Rentler, Grant Tarbard, CB Droege, Richard Westcott, and Sharon Bailey.
